Service Scope

VPNRJ provides access to international routes and network acceleration, with coverage across 120+ countries and 220+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel shows the currently available routes and client access links. Routes may change due to maintenance, network adjustments, or upstream changes.

Subscriptions provide network connectivity only; they do not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses from third-party websites. Use of third-party platforms remains subject to their rules. Route coverage does not guarantee ongoing access to any specific website, regional content, or feature.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and take responsibility for authorized use. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a support ticket. Do not share your subscription link publicly.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. The service may be used on your own devices and authorized family devices. This does not permit public account sharing, distributing subscriptions to the general public, reselling the service, or operating public access. Family device use must be managed by the account holder, and login credentials must not be handed to others for further distribution.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances. Check your selected billing method before payment.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations where they are located and wherever the service is used. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include fraud, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, distributing malicious software, accessing systems without authorization, or disrupting networks or other people's normal use.

Users are responsible for determining whether their access and activities are lawful and for obtaining any necessary authorization. VPNRJ does not grant access permission on behalf of third parties and does not endorse content transmitted by users by providing network access. Users must cooperate by providing necessary information when suspected misuse is reported.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, route congestion, maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNRJ does not promise connectivity in every network environment or guarantee a specific speed, latency, or content access outcome. Keep an appropriate backup connection for critical work.

If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status and client settings, then submit a support ticket with the error message and relevant details about your setup. Liability for impacts caused by third-party service changes, device failures, or force majeure is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit remedies available to users by law.

Payments and Refunds

Full refunds may be requested within 60 days of your first payment, for any reason. Sign in to the account used for payment and submit a request through a support ticket in the user panel, including the relevant order so we can verify the payment and refund scope. No proof of connection issues is required for a refund request under this policy.

Accepted payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The refund processing status and payment-channel details will be discussed through a support ticket; no specific arrival time is promised. Do not include your account password or complete subscription link in a ticket. You may still raise disputes after the request period above, and any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, reselling, public subscription sharing, or ongoing disruption of the service, VPNRJ may restrict relevant connections, suspend an account, or terminate it, as appropriate. Measures may be taken first when urgent action is needed to address a risk. Users may submit an explanation or objection through a support ticket. Account actions do not automatically cancel refund or appeal rights available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, along with an updated month in the last-updated notice. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Please watch for relevant notices and contact support with questions. Changes will not retroactively diminish statutory rights that have already arisen or refund commitments already made.
