60-day refunds
How to request a refund and what to prepare
If your plans change or the service doesn't meet your needs, you can request a refund under the Terms of Service. For connection issues, you can first describe what happened in a support ticket. You decide whether to continue troubleshooting; there's no need to write a detailed technical report.
Sign in to the account used for the order and open the support ticket page. Explain that you're requesting a refund and include the relevant order details. If the payment status doesn't match, keep your payment receipt for verification. Do not send your account password, sensitive payment information, or full subscription link. Check the same ticket for replies and updates.
We don't specify processing times or refund channels here; follow the ticket response and Terms of Service. Before ordering, read the full terms and check that the billing method and data rules meet your needs.
